Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Archer & Frey, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely happy with your order, here’s how we can help:

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on items like bodysuits or zip suits unless faulty.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

🔁 

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us at archerandfrey@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
