  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
  • Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if a change is needed.

 

⏳ Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items have an estimated wait time listed on the product page (typically 4–6 weeks).
  • These timeframes are estimates only and may change due to delays out of our control (e.g. manufacturing or shipping delays).
  • Orders that contain both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.

💳 Payments

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment options listed at checkout.
  • All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

🚚 Shipping

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses.
  • Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier.

📦 Returns

  • We do not accept returns on used, worn, or washed items unless they are faulty.

🧵 Faulty Items

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll happily assist with a replacement or refund.

  • We do our best to display products accurately, but colours may appear slightly different on screen vs. in person.
