Shipping & Pre Order Info

We’re so excited to pack and send your order with love from our studio in Australia! Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your goodies will arrive:

🚚 Standard Orders (In Stock)

• Orders are packed within 2–4 business days.
• We ship via Australia Post.
• You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

• Australia: 2–8 business days
• NZ & International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

⏳ Pre-Orders

Some of our special collections (like our bamboo zip suits) are offered as pre-orders so we can make just the right amount and reduce waste.

• Pre-order items have a 4–6 week wait time, not including shipping.
• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship once everything is ready.
• If you’d like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are $10 for standard & $15 for express. We do offer free shipping over $100.
